• Minimum of 2 nights required to confirm a booking. This can apply to split stay between Miniloc & Lagen Island Resorts. Minimum of 3 nights  
  required, and no check out on Saturdays if Peak dates fall on a weekend. 
  
• Rebooking of PhP 100/Pax shall be charged by the resort for room or flight revisions after Voucher has been issued. 
  
• Check in time 2:00PM/Check out 12:00 NN. 
  
• Maximum room capacities apply to adults & children. 
  
• Children 12 years & above are considered adults and will be charged the full rate. 
  
• Should a separate room be requested for children without any adult sharing the room, one adult shall assume the single Holiday Package rate. 
  
• Posted Rates are applicable on pre-payment basis only. 
  
• Above DISCOUNTED RATES are valid until October 2009 and subject to change without prior notice.

Conservation Fee: 

• All visitors to El Nido, 12 years old and above are required by law to pay a conservation fee of PhP 20 per person or a maximum of PhP 200 for stays more than 10 nights. Fees collected will be used  by the Protected Management Board in the management, maintenance and administration of the El Nido protected Area.

• In case of fortuitous events or any condition beyond the control of the resort, El Nido Resorts/TKDC or the resort’s carriers shall not be held liable for failure to deliver services; some of which may result in missed international connections. In house guests who have to extend their stay at the resort because of a cancelled flight will be extended complimentary accommodations available. Meals will be charged full rate. Priority Passengers for the next flight will be for those with connecting flights. 

• OFF PEAK  
       - (15 days prior to departure) – PhP 300/Pax less transaction cost. 
       - (2-14 days prior to departure) – 1 Night Cancellation Charge & 25% of  Airfare PER PERSON less transaction cost. 
      -  ( 1 day prior to depature) – 50% of Total Booking less transaction charge. 
      -  Same Day Cancellation – forfeiture of total payment less transaction cost. 
  
• PEAK PERIODS  
      -  (45 days prior to departure) – PhP 300/Pax less transaction cost. 
      - (30-44 days prior to departure) – 1 Night Cancellation Charge & 25% of  
         Airfare PER PERSON less transaction cost. 
      -  (21-29 days prior to depature) – 50% of Total Booking less transaction  
         charge less transaction cost. 
     - 20 days or less – forfeiture of total payment.

Flight Terms & Conditions:

• Airfares are valid for flights operated by Island  Transvoyager Inc. (ITI) and  
  arranged by El Nido Resorts. 
  
• Airfares are subject to Prevailing Surcharge at time of booking. Applicable  
  Surcharge includes Terminal Fee, use of private passenger’s lounge w/  
  complimentary refreshments, insurance fee, aviation fee & fuel surcharge  
  and may change without prior notice. As of this date, surcharge is at PhP 1,600 per Pax Per Way. 
  
• 12% to VAT shall be applied to total airfare and applicable surcharge. 
  
• Guests are entitled to 10kg luggage including hand carry. Excess luggage  
  will be charged PhP 70/kg, inclusive of VAT, loading is subject to space  
  availability & aircraft load capacity. 
  
• Check in counter at ITI closes 15 minutes prior to departure. Gate at  
  El Nido Airport closes 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests arriving after  the cut off time may no longer be allowed entry at the gates.
