- Some facilities, activities and equipments may be temporarily not available due to weather conditions, renovations and repair.
- Wash Downs (decrease in the original number of rooms booked) are considered cancellations and would be subject to cancellation charges.

- Airlines, Boat & Jeep Transfers are independent operators. Complaints or complaints should be directly forwarded to them; however El Rio Y Mar will assist guests with these.
